This was the place his mother grew up with. Little did he know how much of mystery was buried and yet to be unfold by His coming. For now, Marco find himself surrounded by smiles and amused glances of people waiting for him to be noticed upon. They were his relatives. And not all of them are alive.
It is said that history was retold by victors. But I was merely a spectator. A man caught in the middle....
I managed to walk straight through the waiting area. I see people coming and going. Families fetching and escorting their love ones. The looks of excitement and sadness mixed with hopeful anticipation that things will be fine. After all, most managed to return home. I wonder how these people will feel when they come back and find out that they are not the same person who once left.
